Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Manulife, Chambers of Commerce, Johnston Group. No Direct Billing Available for ICBC, WCB at this time. Doctors’ notes are sometimes required in order to direct bill, depending on your insurance for Massage Therapy.
